Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator, you will support financial advisors and clients by managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This role offers the chance to grow your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Account Management:
Learn and apply financial industry knowledge; handle account openings, transfers, and related requests. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate records.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under advisor direction; schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes by updating SOPs.
Technology:
Use and learn firm‑provided software such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other tools with strong computer literacy.
