Position Summary
Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to provide seamless administrative support, facilitate client communications, and ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Account Management: Learn the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and keep accurate records.
Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule appointments, prepare client‑meeting materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives; streamline processes and update SOPs.
Technology: Maintain computer literacy and learn firm‑provided tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other software.

3+ years of client‑facing experience preferred.

Compensation
Hiring Minimum: $26.10 per hour
Hiring Maximum: $31.58 per hour

Full‑time associates receive a 6‑month training program, mentorship from experienced peers, and a wide support network from the branch office to the home office. Associates are encouraged to participate in business planning, marketing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
