Job Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide administrative support to financial advisors, handling client accounts, scheduling, communications, and marketing activities. You will help ensure a positive client experience and support the team’s business planning and growth.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage client account transactions, including openings, transfers, and documentation; keep accurate records.
Support daily branch operations: scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating correspondence.
Assist in the annual business planning process, including developing strategies and identifying client needs.
Execute marketing initiatives such as event planning and promotion.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and update SOPs.
Use technology tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and firm‑provided software.
Requirements
Strong client‑service orientation and communication skills.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
Experience or interest in financial services is a plus.
