Litigation Attorney – Insurance Defense

Seeking a mid-level to senior attorney who can independently manage litigation matters, has strong insurance defense experience, and is comfortable handling court work, depositions, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
Manage litigation cases from start to finish
Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents
Handle written discovery (propounding and responding)
Attend court hearings and depositions
Work with clients, insurance carriers, and expert witnesses
Analyze case details and provide reports
Assist in trial preparation, including first and second chair opportunities
Conduct site inspections as needed
Qualifications
Active member of the California State Bar
Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
