A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking a
Litigation Associate Attorney
to join its team, with a primary focus on
insurance defense and employment law matters . This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to build a strong foundation in litigation while working closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse and active caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Support and participate in depositions, court appearances, and mediations
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Contribute to case strategy and day-to-day case management
Qualifications
0-3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense or employment law exposure is a plus, but not required)
Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Active California Bar admission required (or pending for recent graduates)
