Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Defense

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Staff Attorney to join its San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic litigation team handling insurance defense, product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort matters for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

Defend product liability, insurance defense and toxic tort litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

Conduct legal research and case analysis

Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Collaborate with litigation teams on complex cases

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admitted to the California State Bar

6 months to 5 years of litigation experience

Experience in product liability, insurance defense, toxic tort, or mass tort litigation preferred

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
