
General Liability Attorney

A litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Dallas office. The firm handles a range of civil litigation matters, including product liability, toxic tort, general liability, and commercial disputes. Attorneys work collaboratively to develop practical legal strategies and support client objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage an independent litigation caseload
Conduct depositions
Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
Review and analyze discovery requests
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
Assist with trial preparation and support
Maintain accurate time records
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience; product liability or toxic tort experience is a plus
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Texas
Experience with motion practice and depositions
Ability to handle depositions, including working with fact and expert witnesses
Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
