Responsibilities
Handle toxic tort and product liability cases
Draft discovery, motions, and pleadings
Take/defend depositions and attend hearings
Manage cases from start to resolution
Qualifications
2–5 years of litigation experience (toxic tort, asbestos, or product liability preferred)
California Bar admission required
Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to attend in-person court appearances as needed
Compensation & Benefits
$130,000 — $183,000 base salary bonuses
