Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Collins, CO, for an HVAC Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC-related issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing installations for both residential and commercial clients. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting system issues, and adhering to safety and environmental standards during service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven ability in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems
Skilled in Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system-related issues
Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through quality service
Possession of EPA certification or the ability to obtain it
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable and capable of working independently or as part of a team
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification preferred
