Cleanroom Assembly Technician

The Cleanroom Assembly Technician performs manual assembly operations within a cleanroom production environment, building components and finished goods ranging from individual parts to complete kits. Ensures products meets quality standards and production requirements while adhering to safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures.

What You Will Do:

Assemble components and products manually and with equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures

Operate production machinery to complete assembly and sealing of final product

Inspect and test assembled parts to verify quality and functionality (pass/fail criteria)

Prepare, clean, and package finished products for shipment in accordance with cleanroom standards

Sort, organize, and stage materials, parts, and supplies for production use

Remove excess material from molded components and prepare parts for assembly

Use hand tools and small equipment to support assembly processes

Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment in alignment with cleanroom requirements

Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures; report any issues or nonconformances

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

High School Diploma or GED required

0-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

This position is designated as a

non-smoking role

due to cleanroom particulate requirements

Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to SOPs

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Basic mechanical aptitude

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Continually required to stand

Frequently required to walk

Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

Continually required to talk or hear

Continually required to lift/push/carry items up to 35 lbs

Due to particulate requirements of being in a cleanroom this position is a non-smoking position

Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $18.00-23.00 hourly. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
