What You’ll Do (CNA Responsibilities)
Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
Support mobility and proper positioning, including use of adaptive equipment
Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments for residents
Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle‑free
Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members
Follow care plans and report changes in resident condition
Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion

CNA Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (in good standing)
CPR/BLS Certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

No experience required – new CNAs encouraged to apply
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation
