Key Responsibilities
Care Coverage:
Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
Client Outreach:
Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
Adaptability:
Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.
What We Are Looking For
Compassion and kindness with a genuine commitment to quality care
Prior experience in PCA or CNA roles within in-home care settings
Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow care plans
Flexibility to adjust schedules and work weekends as needed
Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
Requirements
Valid CNA certification
Two forms of valid identification
Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
