This role entails coordinating care among various health professionals and assisting members with their healthcare inquiries effectively. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in healthcare, with excellent communication skills. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred. This position is located in Lehi, Utah.
