Overview
Position: Certified Dietary Manager / Dietary Supervisor
Pay: $21.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible schedule

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and directing daily Dietary Department operations
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local dietary and sanitation regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment
Support menu planning and food preparation to meet residents’ nutritional needs
Supervise dietary staff and assist with scheduling and workflow
Monitor food quality, portion control, and meal service standards
Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve dietary services
Qualifications
ServSafe Certification required
Minimum of 5+ years of foodservice experience
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
Strong cooking background required
Good mathematical skills
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
