The clinician should be warm, reliable, committed to high‑quality care, comfortable working with children and communicating with parents, and able to work evenings and one weekend day.
Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy (and groups or couples if trained)
Maintain timely documentation (treatment plans, progress notes) in the EHR
Participate in case consultation and team collaboration
Coordinate referrals and care as needed
Uphold ethical and professional standards
Provide supervision to pre‑licensed clinicians
Qualifications
Active LCSW license (NY) in good standing
Strong communication, boundary‑setting, and documentation habits
Experience working with children
