Salary Range: $69,000 – $99,000.

Your role
Machine Maintenance Leader ensures that maintenance activities and production equipment at the site are in accordance with legal, quality, and safety requirements. Leads the maintenance department team so that maximum capability and operability of machines and production equipment is achieved, and cooperates with other departments and external service providers.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with work safety and fire protection principles for all maintenance workers and external suppliers.

Manage the maintenance team’s activities across reactive, deferred, preventive, and predictive maintenance of production machines and equipment.

Lead the team with a focus on maximum operability, keeping records of maintenance, services, spare‑part consumption, revisions, inspections, and costs.

Order and coordinate external supplier service activities with internal resources, machine operation, and company management.

Register production machines and equipment, maintain documentation, and develop their maintenance plans.

Analyze malfunctions and faults, propose and implement corrective measures in the maintenance plan.

Report key performance indicators and project status to the maintenance department regularly.

Maintain records and conduct inspections of reserved technical devices, ensuring legislative compliance and defect elimination.

Manage the spare‑parts warehouse, ensuring correct quantity and availability for production equipment.

Participate in implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of TPM.

Collaborate on VTPS projects to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Seek and implement process, cost, and maintenance improvements as part of continuous improvement, and collaborate on KAIZEN events.

Monitor and develop competence of maintenance workers, proposing training plans, handling attendance, motivation, and talent development.

Promote a team culture based on company values, conduct annual evaluations, and recommend rewards and salary adjustments.

Qualifications

High school or GED with studies in machine maintenance or engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in an engineering company, including proven team‑management capability.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership or team‑lead role.
