Job Purpose
The CNC Operator will use knowledge, skills, experience, and good judgement to operate HAAS CNC mills and Bridgeport manual milling machine to produce a reliable, airworthy product while providing the highest quality of workmanship.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and CAD designs
Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure precision and accuracy
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications
Perform routine maintenance on machinery
Ideal Candidates Will Offer
Technical degree or CNC machining certification preferred
Experienced as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling
Ability to perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Detailed with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation:
$27-$30
