Job Title: Panel Builder
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI and Milwaukee, WI
Pay
$25–$30 per hour (starting rate, based on experience)
Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Job Summary
We are a growing company looking for skilled Panel Builders who take pride in clean wiring, quality workmanship, and doing things the right way. If you enjoy hands‑on electrical assembly, building panels from prints, and working in a team‑driven manufacturing environment, this is a strong opportunity with competitive pay and stable hours.
Job Responsibilities
Build and assemble electrical control panels from schematics and blueprints
Perform point‑to‑point wiring, mounting components, and labeling
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
Verify wiring accuracy and perform quality checks
Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and work instructions
Keep a clean and organized workstation
Qualifications
Prior panel building or electrical assembly experience
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and prints
Experience with wiring, terminations, and panel layout
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift
