Must-Have Qualifications

Live within 25 miles of Rogers, MN

5+ years of experience across multiple trades

Own a truck or van in good condition

Hold a valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Pass a background check and drug screen

Nice-to-Have Skills

Minor electrical and plumbing capability

Estimating or home inspection experience

Commercial and residential job experience
