Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Massachusetts
PTA
license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with mobility training, transfers, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress.
