Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to assignment start.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required; include certification status on application.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide restorative care for older adults preferred.
