Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active North Carolina State physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and rehabilitation following joint replacement and stroke preferred.
Current documentation of immunizations and background check clearance as required by facility policies.
