Job Description

We’re looking for experienced, professional CDL A drivers who will share our commitment to people, partners, and the planet. The role involves traveling to assigned locations, packing, transporting, and properly disposing of waste materials in accordance with environmental policies and procedures. It requires 2‑3 overnight stays per week and occasional weekend work (paid hotel expenses and nightly Per Diem).
Primary Responsibilities

Pick up and transport waste safely following all federal, state, and local regulations; label containers and complete pre-printed manifests or work orders; schedule shipments.
Pickup and drop off loaded and empty roll‑off boxes using a tractor‑trailer.
Perform end‑dump, van‑trailer, and tanker work as needed.
Handle warehouse tasks—receiving, shipping, storing, and delivering waste materials; perform general housekeeping duties.
Operate hand trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment.
Conduct regulatory compliance and safety tasks, including pre‑trip inspections and reporting losses, spills, or accidents to the supervisor.
Maintain ongoing contact with all levels of customers and internal personnel.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
Minimum age of 21 years.
Hazmat endorsement.
Two years or more of similar driving experience.
Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications

Tanker and air‑brake endorsements (if not held, employees will be expected to obtain them at the company’s expense as a condition of employment).
The successful candidate will pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check.
