Job Description
We’re looking for experienced, professional CDL B drivers who will share our commitment to people, partners, and planet. Drivers will travel to locations on an assigned route, packing, transporting, and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Label containers and complete pre‑printed manifests or work orders.
Schedule shipments into or off‑site as required.
Perform regulatory compliance and safety tasks, including pre‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly reporting any losses, spills, accidents, or safety violations to a supervisor.
Maintain ongoing contact with all levels of customers daily, promoting and collecting waste containers.
Prepare Universal Hazardous Waste manifests, bills of lading, and Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs) for hazardous waste shipment according to state, EPA, and DOT regulations.
Provide services related to hazardous and non‑hazardous waste removal from customer sites.
Load and transport waste safely in tankers according to all regulations.
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Required to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check.
Preferred Requirements
TWIC Card and experience driving box trucks.
Hazmat and Tanker endorsement (to be obtained upon hire).
Experience operating vac trucks, combo vehicles, and roll‑offs.
