Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Hackettstown Medical Center. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
Establish plans of care and treatment programs; provide interventions; educate patients and families; document interventions and billing as appropriate
Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
Participate in the orientation of new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for students
Exercise independent judgment of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision
Qualifications
New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
