What Your Day Might Look Like

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and rehab team members.

Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.

Support a variety of appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.

Principal Accountabilities
Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, patient and family education, documentation, and billing. Support lead clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participate in staff orientation, serve as a clinical instructor for students, and exercise independent judgement of moderately complex cases with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.
