Responsibilities
Assessment Clinician – Per Diem Nights (7:00 pm – 7:30 am)
You can be an RN, or MSW/LSW
Interview incoming patients and complete a bio/social assessment. Present the assessment findings to the physician to determine programming level. Transition the patient into the care of Nursing Staff.
Qualifications
Education & License: The candidate can have a nursing degree (Associates, BSN or MSN) with an Ohio-issued RN license OR Master Degree Licensed Social Worker (MSW / LSW or LISW).
Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility is preferred for this position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
