Compensation:

$250,000 – $300,000 + full benefits, CME, and more

Overview
We are seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join a high-performing outpatient center focused on occupational health and urgent care services. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values team collaboration, and is passionate about delivering efficient, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting (100% clinical)

Serve as Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for workplace injuries

Diagnose, treat, and manage occupational and urgent care cases

Collaborate with therapists and specialists to optimize outcomes and case closureSupervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as required

Communicate with employers regarding injuries and care updates

Ensure accurate documentation, coding, and use of clinical systems

Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and workflow optimization

Support staffing, training, and development of clinical team members

Maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and payers

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited program

Active, unrestricted California medical license (or in progress)

Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPM, ABFM, AOA, or equivalent)

Active DEA registration

Current BLS and AED certification (ACLS preferred)

NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
