Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with identified behavioral health needs
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide tailored therapy for individuals, couples, and families
Collaborate with non-physician providers to offer a cohesive approach to psychiatric treatment
Maintain detailed documentation of all patient interactions, including contact logs and evaluated outcomes, promptly and effectively
Reassess patients as necessary to develop or amend treatment plans, utilizing a deep understanding of psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly for childhood disorders
Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution
Current Texas licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred to enhance client communication
