Key Responsibilities
Greet new clients with empathy, identify their immediate needs, and provide urgent referrals if necessary
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs deeply
Offer individual, couples, and family therapy to those experiencing various biopsychosocial stressors
Collaborate with clients, physicians, and other providers to craft and execute client-centered treatment plans
Regularly reassess clients and update treatment plans to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness
Engage in monthly meetings with a clinical supervisor to review client progress and strategies
Accurately document all client interactions in the medical record within three working days
Perform billing activities in accordance with agency procedures
Participate in all required meetings to stay informed and integrated with the team
Keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques, theories, and research to enhance your practice
Minimum Qualifications
Must have a master's degree from an accredited college or university in the social or behavioral sciences
Must have a current Texas license (LCSW, LPC and/or LMFT) and be in good standing with their credentialing board
Must maintain first aid/CPR certifications
Must have a minimum of 2 years paid work experience providing psychotherapy therapy
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish REQUIRED to enhance client communication
