Job Summary
We are offering a $1,000 sign‑on bonus if hired. Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add an Interventional Radiologic (IR) Technologist to our Special Procedures Department at our Baptist Clay location in Fleming Island, FL. This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity.
Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality radiographic images.
Function as a member of a team performing interventional procedures.
Work under sterile conditions similar to the operating room.
Promote goodwill among co‑workers and other departments, and maintain a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
Comply with mandatory education and health requirements.
Participate in on‑call coverage.
Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or institutional policy.
Qualifications
Education: Vocational School (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Certification: Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) – State Radiologic Health Branch.
Certification: Registered Technologist in Cardiovascular – ARRT.
Certification: Registered Radiologic Technologist – ARRT.
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA.
Licensure: Driver’s License – DMV.
Licensure: Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) – DOH.
