Join our team as a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities
Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit, demonstrating knowledge and skills for age-appropriate needs.
Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan, assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret information to identify each patient's requirements relative to age-specific needs.
Plan for provision of patient care including development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards and patient care policies and procedures.
Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
ACLS certification.
Preferred Job Requirements
One year of experience as an RN, preferably in the area of application.
