Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Owasso, OK.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with BMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
Apply knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan, assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to age‑specific needs.
Plan for the provision of patient care, including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with BMC standards as described in Patient Care policies and procedures.
Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Make decisions to delegate appropriate nursing tasks to other staff members based on individual patient need and staff qualifications.
Job Requirements
ADN or BSN
Oklahoma or applicable multi‑state RN license (upon hire)
BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
ACLS (upon hire)
PALS within 60 days of hire
A minimum of 1 year ICU experience
