Weatherization Housing Specialist II: Energy Efficiency

The County of Riverside is seeking a Housing Specialist II to work within its Community Action Partnership (CAP) – Weatherization Division. This position involves evaluating residential properties for energy efficiency, recommending weatherization improvements, and educating clients on energy-efficient practices. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building science, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and excellent communication skills. A valid California driver’s license is required for travel throughout Riverside County.
