We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Canones, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.
This patient requires 3 hours of care a week, no preference on times. Saturdays or Sundays. Schedule: the patient doesn't have a preference regarding the day; schedule can be worked out between the nurse and the patient.
You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Responsibilities
Administer patient care in accordance with the physician-established care plan.
Provide one-on-one in-home nursing services on a part-time, flexible schedule.
Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
Advocate for patients and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
Adhere to all professional and regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license.
Experience delivering in-home or patient-care services preferred.
Ability to work independently in a home-care setting and coordinate with care team.
Willingness to undergo a background check (offers contingent upon successful completion).
Comfort with a 1099 contract arrangement and variable, patient-driven scheduling.
