Summer IT Helpdesk Assistant - Phone & Laptop Support

Cornell College is seeking a full-time IT helpdesk position in Mount Vernon, Iowa. This role involves assisting with requests through phone, ticketing, and walk-ins while troubleshooting a variety of technical issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and A/V equipment. The position offers a pay rate of $10-12 per hour and may include summer housing assistance for full-time workers. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
