Job Description
Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet through proactive sales and service activities.
Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Generate customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing a differentiated experience, educating customers on financial solutions, and leveraging technology and ecosystem partnerships.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, thereby driving loyalty.
Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment, and ensuring teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
1+ years of related experience in a banking or financial services role; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; no degree required.
No required certifications; military service may be considered as part of experience.
Preferred skills: accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, leveraging technology, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, and problem solving.
Background check required due to CFPB regulations.
Additional Details
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
