The Community Mental Health and Wellness Division offers an array of services to meet the individual needs and strengths of youth and families. Our home and community-based case management program offers support to youth who have a mental health diagnosis.
Responsibilities
The intern will provide case management services and be required to complete documentation that complies with state, county, agency and program regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's level student in any human service related program with 2 years of experience relevant to their field of study.
Valid and clean NYS driver's license, along with a motor vehicle that is properly registered and insured with NYS.
Ability to do home and field visits required.
Schedule
Days and times are flexible. Afternoon/early evenings or weekends when clients are available.
