Job Description
Branch Salem is looking for our next Outpatient Program Therapist to join our team!
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate activities related to discharge planning.
Develop and implement a plan of care designed to meet patients’ post-hospitalization needs while ensuring continuity of care.
Carry a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients.
Run group therapy for 20 hours per week.
Meet individually with clients for treatment planning, after-care planning, and crisis intervention.
Work at 1321 Tandem Ave NE, Salem, OR 97301.
Position is full-time salaried, Monday–Friday.
Sign-on bonus available.
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent (required).
Experience:
Preferred: 1+ years in behavioral health, including group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
Licensure:
Preferred clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Additional Requirements:
CPR certification; Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment; must pass a competency exam upon hire; may be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
