Aerospace Integration Technician

This role involves providing on-site support for hardware integration activities. The candidate will work across multiple hardware elements, contributing to integration planning, execution, and troubleshooting while supporting MGSE design and development and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for hardware integration activities
Assist in integration across multiple hardware elements and subsystems
Support the design and development of MGSE/GSE
Help plan and execute integration activities for prototype, test, and production hardware
Troubleshoot mechanical fit‑up, interface, and integration issues
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and module owners
Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), design updates, and configuration changes
Contribute to integration planning, scheduling, and execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mechanical assembly and integration of hardware systems
Hands‑on experience with MGSE/GSE design and development
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical fit‑up and interface issues
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with ECNs, configuration control, and design change processes
Experience supporting prototype, testing, or production hardware builds
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Experience in integration planning and execution
Proficiency in CAD‑based mechanical design
