Access Controls / Physical Security Technician
Full Time/Direct Hire
$32.00-$39.00/hr
40-50 hour per week (OT available)

Bright Minds’ national security solutions client is hiring an experienced Access Controls / Physical Security Technician to support clients in the Cincinnati, OH region. This Regional Service Technician role focuses on the installation, programming, and servicing of enterprise-grade access control and CCTV systems for medium and large commercial sites.
Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience with Lenel, DMP, Bosch, Genetec, Avigilon, or similar access control platforms, and a working knowledge of Mercury‑based controller hardware. Experience integrating access software with Mercury controllers is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years installing and servicing access controls/physical security systems

Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, contracts, and schedules
Strong communication and customer service skills
