Role Overview
Lead Technician or Level 2 Tech who can work independently and will receive training to improve lead skills. Lead projects for installation, terminating, configuring, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Lead team on project installations.
Organize and manage workload efficiently and effectively.
Interact with customers and provide general supervision over projects.
Manage quality control and provide customer service.
Track project progress.
Certifications and Skills
Current certification or proficiency in one or more of the following is a plus:
Access Control: Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath.
Video: Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha.
Locking Hardware: ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite.
Intrusion: Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP.
Core skills include installation, CCTV, security systems, access control, electrical, troubleshooting, alarm systems, and service.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
