We are seeking a

Superintendent

with proven

light industrial construction experience

to oversee day‑to‑day field operations on projects throughout the Southeast. This role is responsible for managing jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and on budget. Candidates must be based in Georgia and open to regional travel.

Description

Manage all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel

Enforce jobsite safety standards and company safety programs

Maintain the project schedule and coordinate daily and weekly work plans

Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate clearly with the project team

Identify and resolve field issues and constructability challenges

Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and as‑built documentation

Profile

4+ years of experience as a Superintendent building

light industrial projects

(warehouses, distribution centers, tilt‑wall, flex industrial, manufacturing support)

Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field crews effectively

Commitment to jobsite safety and quality control

Ability and willingness to travel across the Southeast as projects require

Based in Georgia or willing to relocate

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
