Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a skilled Pipefitter / Welder to support installation, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning of piping systems in semiconductor manufacturing and facility environments. This role is responsible for working on high‑purity and industrial piping systems that support critical fab infrastructure, including ultra‑pure water, chemical delivery, gas distribution, and exhaust systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and industrial settings, strong blueprint and P&ID reading ability, and hands‑on experience with precise installation and welding practices in high‑specification environments.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, spool drawings, and specifications to understand piping layouts, materials, and system requirements

Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems using stainless steel tubing, electropolished tubing, plastics such as PVC and PFA, copper, and other specialty materials

Perform high‑purity welding, including orbital TIG (GTAW) welding, while maintaining proper purge procedures and contamination control standards

Cut, thread, bend, fit, and join piping to exact tolerances using welding, brazing, compression fittings, mechanical fittings, fused joints, or other approved methods

Install pipe supports, hangers, brackets, and racks while maintaining proper alignment, slope, and vibration control

Perform pressure testing, leak detection, flow testing, and visual or automated inspections to verify installation quality and system integrity

Troubleshoot and repair leaks, misalignments, and integration issues during installation and commissioning

Maintain cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures while working in controlled semiconductor environments

Support specialized systems such as ultra‑pure water loops, chemical delivery systems, gas cabinets, bulk gas lines, and exhaust systems

Pre‑fabricate spools or modules off‑site when applicable and complete field installation on‑site

Maintain weld logs, material traceability, and quality documentation for project validation and audits

Assist with flushing, passivation, certification, commissioning, and startup of piping systems

Collaborate with engineers, electricians, HVAC technicians, tool installers, quality personnel, and apprentices to support project execution and training requirements

Follow OSHA standards, applicable codes, semiconductor best practices, and site‑specific safety procedures

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Valid driver’s license

Proven experience as a Pipefitter / Welder in commercial and industrial environments

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, and related construction documents

Experience testing systems using specialized tools and equipment

Experience working with high‑pressure and chemical systems

Proficiency with hand tools and pipefitting or welding equipment

Understanding of construction site operations and safe work practices

Ability to perform skilled installation, repair, and renovation work in active industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin

Degree or training in a related field

OSHA 30 certification

Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, high‑purity, or mission‑critical environments
