Salary: $80,000 – $88,000 + overtime after 45 hours.
Shift: Day shift 4:30am-2:30pm Mon‑Fri with OT as needed, plus additional 2:30am startup periodically.
Reports to: Injection Department Manager.
Overview
Manage injection molding department KPIs and main deliverables. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on‑time delivery and product quality. Develop a team in production, providing consistently high quality product efficiently.

Injection assessment results
Responsibilities
Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift.
Lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives.
Closely monitor quality levels and root cause; correct any non‑conformances.
Maintain processes per the process control plans and ensure associates follow standards.
Supervise production associates.
Consistently apply policies and procedures.
Develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans.
Continuously understand the customer’s requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
Provide feedback to Injection Area Manager on any quality or production concerns.
Develop all associates into cross‑trained, high‑performing team members.
Control training plan completion.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in automotive injection molded parts production and technical supervision.
Ability to deploy structured problem‑solving processes in the injection department.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Computer skills.
Team player, flexible, with strong communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; client is not able to offer sponsorship at this time.
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
