Field Service Representative I - St. Louis, MO
This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, including the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting‑edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer relationships.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, providing superior customer service with customer‑centric solutions.
Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation for delivery.
Track inventory control for assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, locating missing or misplaced equipment as needed.
Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles.
Attend training and other scheduled business functions, which will require commercial air travel.
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, with pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor‑vehicle history for candidates offered and hired.
Your Skills and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher.
One (1) year of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Current, valid Driver's License.
Additional Qualifications that could help you succeed:
Associate degree or higher.
Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing, as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Travel and Relocation
Travel may include up to 25% domestic travel.
Relocation is not authorized.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B).

Solventum offers competitive pay and benefits. The expected compensation range for this position is $43,920 – $60,390, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
