Salary:
$190,000 – $230,000 + Bonus + Long-Term Growth
The Opportunity
We’re supporting a rapidly scaling infrastructure platform delivering next-generation AI and hyperscale data center campuses across Texas.
Due to major project demand, we’re hiring multiple Data Center Construction Managers to lead ground‑up developments and oversee top‑tier General Contractors on complex, high‑value builds.
This is a rare opportunity to step out of the congestion and cost of the Bay Area and into a role where you can have real ownership, influence, and long‑term progression on some of the most advanced infrastructure projects in the US.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading ground‑up data center construction projects from early‑stage through delivery
Managing and holding General Contractors accountable across schedule, cost, and quality
Driving construction strategy across multiple phases of hyperscale developments
Working closely with internal stakeholders across design, commercial, and delivery
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with mission‑critical performance standards
What We’re Looking For:
Experience delivering
hyperscale or mission‑critical data center projects
Proven track record on
ground‑up / greenfield builds
Strong experience managing
General Contractor performance
Background with leading GC’s or data center developers/operators
