Foster Care Case Manager
We have a full‑time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager in our Malden area office to provide intensive case management to youths. Responsibilities include:
Communicating and building relationships with clients and all collateral partners connected with each client (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.)
Setting limits for youth and developing interventions based on individual needs.
Setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with client’s guardians, therapist, and other providers.
Participating in on‑call services as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in the human service or behavioral science field.
LSW, LSWA, or license‑eligible.
Familiarity with trauma‑informed care.
Approved CORI & DCF background checks (performed by the EEC).
Approved driving background check.
Valid driver's license.
Auto insurance meeting NCYF's policy requirements (minimum bodily injury and property damage limits as specified).
