# Head Start Lead Teacher Preschool $5,000 BonusCommunity Action Pioneer Valley### Job Description**Head Start Lead Teacher Preschool (Turners Falls)** **$5,000 Bonus**Provide relationship-based care to young children and families while supervising and mentoring a team of Teacher and Assistant.
EEC LT Preschool certified and minimum AA in Early Childhood Education or related field; BA preferred. 37.5 hours a week/full year.
**Salary Range: $26.61-$31.62/hour**Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background investigation, including CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint-based national CORI, NCOR, and out of state checks if applicable.We offer: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan, Flexible Spending Plans, Vision Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance, Sick, Vacation, Float time and 12.5 paid Holidays.
