# Head Start Health Specialist/Nurse $5,000 BonusCommunity Action Pioneer Valley### Job Description**Head Start Health Specialist/Nurse (Northampton) $5,000 Bonus**Head Start is a program that provides services to pregnant parents and children birth to age five.
